Bhagya, B.Com (//B.Com) is a 3 year Under graduation degree pursued after studying your PUC. Now from your question, it is not clear whether you have completed your PUC or not yet. You have to complete your PUC in Commerce stream to pursue B.Com (//B.Com) . And the fees depends on the College or Institution that you are interested to study in. Usually, the college fees contains components like Tution fees, Caution Deposit, Students welfare fund, Sports and Cultural Activities fund. Miscellaneous charges. Sometimes there is also Development fund.
