I am born in rajasthan,myfamily is in rj. but my fathers business is in gujrat,have passed out my 10(gujratbord)& 12 from gujrat(cbse) & ibelongs to obccategory in rajasthan, i have a castecertificate from rajasthan which is listed in central list,my adharcard ad.is of guj.i should put state in CAT?

You belong to the state which you have a domicile certificate of. Here is the eligibility to obtain a domicile certificate in each of the two states:
FOR GUJARAT:
- The applicant must be a resident of Gujarat
- The person born in Gujarat and had been residing there for at least ten years is eligible. However, the wife and the minor children of the applicant are also eligible.
- The applicant must own the land or immovable property in Gujarat for which the copy of RoR(Record of Rights) is submitted
- A woman who is from another State but has married a permanent resident of Gujarat is eligible as well.
- The person or any family member who was in the regular Government service of Gujarat can apply for a domicile certificate.
- For a person of unsound mind, a written declaration is a must by parent/guardian
For Rajasthan:
- The applicant should be a resident of Rajasthan for a minimum of 10 years
- Female applicants can apply for the certificate if they marry a person from Rajasthan
- Female applicants who are not residents of the State should be married to a person who issues Bonafide Certificate in Rajasthan
- For minors, the certificate is issued based on their parents’ certificate
