Yes, You are eligible From the criterion of age, and one thing You need to care about is per cent in class12th, Your PCB aggregate per cent should be at least 50% in order to be eligible to appear for NEET 2019. Rest all criterion You meet so just check 12th Percent and then appear for NEET.
