It depends on your interest & capability.
B.Tech computer science and engineering is better as it will provide you an engineering degree after the completion of your course & if you do it from a reputed institute then you will get a decent placement so it would be better than BCA.
If you have a keen interest in computers and want to save time and money you must opt for BCA but scope is there only after following with MCA Degree.
