I am currently pursuing final year of my B. Com. I got placed in TCS as a CBO(BPS) Should I go for job or masters degree? In case I prefer to go to job, are there any chances for me to learn new courses and go to a better position?

Deciding between going for a job or masters is completely your choice. There are multiple ways here. As in, going for the masters soon you complete B.Com, if you decide on that, you need to start preparing for gre now itself. And things should start happening soon. Second is working for an year or so and then going for masters. This is also a good option because this would add up to your chances of getting admission in a good college abroad.
So completely your decision or choice
Regarding learning of courses. Ofcourse yes. You would be working, that mean definitely you would be made to learn certain new courses that prepare you to work with higher problems in tech. So definitely you would be learning new things
