yes,ofcourse the transfer certificate is most important for admission in any college.but i think the leaving certificate is optional,it is depend on the college administration only.so you can ask the college in which you want to get admission that leaving certificate is needed or not.

I want to join engineering college next year .I am in bsc course now . College says that when you get admission in engineering college next year , in have to take form from that college and submit in to bsc college . Then they will transfer the Transfer certificate.Is this process is okay .
