I am doing BE and expected to finish it in 2022 , can I able to write Tamilnadu railway recruitment board examinations. And what are the examinations that I can appear while doing final year?

If you are in the final year of your BE then you can not apply for any RRB examination.
According to the RRB Website:
Important information that candidates need to keep in mind are:
Candidates who are yet to get their degree are not eligible to apply
Candidates in their last semester cannot apply
