i am doing b.sc in general can i study iims ? can i qualify their interview if i don't have honours in my b.sc?

Yes definitely, you can. The eligibility of MBA is : Graduation (at least 3 years) from a recognized college with minimum 50% aggregate.
You'll have to appear for CAT (Common admission test) which has various areas you'll have to prepare really hard for - like logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, verbal ability etc :. More than 95 percentile, you might get a call from an IIM.
If you have a good academic and extra curricular record, then you're more likely to get admission in an IIM. Also, you need to have excellent communication and speaking skills in order to qualify for the interview and GD sessions.
Some IIMs also take up a written ability test.
