I am doing masters in rural development from an open university. Will i get the same importance applying in jobs as regular graduate ?

One must know there is difference doing your masters from an open university and getting enrolled in a full time course under a reputed college or university. It is true that one gets a bit less importance when it comes to studying in distance education. But it is not always true. If u have good marks and adequate knowledge of your subject, than you will get jobs based on your calibre. Sometimes it so happen that a university graduate may possess less quality knowledge than a distance education graduate. In that case, the distance education candidate will be preferred. And at the end, it is not the college but you yourself who will help to give best future to oneself. So do not get disheartened.
