Hello aspirant,
If you are holding domicile of rajasthan, you can not apply for state counselling for 85% seat reservation under state quota for UP and Chattisgarh as the seats of state UP and chattisgarh are meant to be for the candidate who have domicile of their state, you can only apply for rajasthan state quota by holding the domicile of that state and for all india quota of 15% seats. If you hold a domicile of Rajasthan, irrespective of your Categaory, you cannot be eligible for applying through State Quota of UP or Chattisgarh. You can apply for State Quota of a State whose domicile you hold. For any other State apart from Rajasthan, you need to apply through their All India Quota. And in your case, you are eligible for 85% state quota of Rajasthan and 15% All India Quota of UP, Chattisgarh and other States.
