See JEE ADVANCED is the higher version of the JEE MAINS exam held in two sessions JAN and APRIL. so if u haven't applied for the JEE ADVANCED it has nothing to do with the architecture papers. And once u haven't filled the form in the deadlines , u won't be able to get another chances. If u have given JEE MAINS paper 2 then u have to go for AAT.
