I am eligible for jee advance when I have cleared jee main in 2018 and in jee main 2019 I haven't cleared exam so am I eligible.Please reply

I don't know how one can ask questions like this. yOu are only saying that you passed jee mains in 2018, s you were eligible for jee advanced , but in 2019 as you say that you didn't passed the cutoff for jee mains , and you are still asking for jee advanced , answer is still no.
You are not qualified for jee advanced.
