I am expecting 228 marks in neet ug .I belong to General category from MP can I get admission in private collage.

You have less chances to get seat in private colleges. If you are interested you can go for paramedical courses.

Chances are less to get into any decent private college.
I will suggest you to apply for NEET next year and give a gap this year.

You have less chances to get seat in medical colleges as the score is not sufficient for MBBS/BDS but if you want you can try for paramedical courses.
