i am expecting marks around 400 in NEET 2018 General from UP, What are the chances of getting Govt College ?

Sorry to say but there are NO Chances for you to get a Government Medical College with these many marks.
Don't get disheartened and disappointed and prepare well for upcoming exams and hope for best to happen with you.

Which kind of private Or Deemed colleges could be achived with this rank in UP or Central counselling.Please also advise some link to check the ranking & status of private / deemed colleges while sellecting.

Hello Parth,
The marks that you have scored this time in NEET won't be enough for getting a government seat in medical college. You can try for 3rd counselling but chances are very low. Don't lose hope, you can try by performing better next time.

With these Scores it seems difficult that you will be able to make it to MBBS in your State. However you should wait until results are announced. Best wishes for future endeavors
