Hey Fasil,
Hope you are doing well!
Well dear your NEET score is 538 and also, you come under OBC category so you have good chances of getting into a college.
Well,I would suggest you to fill the options always in the priority order of your colleges, from higher ranking to lower ranking.
Also,to find all the possible Colleges Under your NEET score you may go on the link fi the College Predictor below:

Hope This was helpful!
All the best!
Keep Smiling :)
As per your marks and category, you will be able to get a decent government college through the 85% state Quota, so you can rest assured that you'll get a good college :)
As far as choice filling goes, giving less ranked colleges first as options is not supposed to be done. You are supposed to fill the choices according to the ranks of the colleges.
If you fill lesser ranked colleges first and fill the higher ranked colleges later, then you will get those lesser ranked colleges instead of getting the better colleges that you deserve according to your marks. This is so while allotting colleges, the colleges you have filled first will be given more priority than the ones that you filled afterwards.
So, DO NOT do that. Instead, fill the choices properly, with the first colleges being the ones that you actually want and so on
Best of luck :)
