i am from andhra pradesh. i applied for neet councelling in tamilnadu with 481 marks. is it possible to get seat in tamilnadu?

If you are from General category then you have almost no chance to get in Government MBBS college. The cutoffs will be increasing a lot in all categories. So atleast above 500 you are required to get.You may try for the government BDS colleges which you have good chances to get. Or you may look for the private colleges as an option .Check the trends of previous years .

Being a resident of AP you will have to apply in AIQ for Tamil Nadu.In that case I would suggest you to visit the site

This will give you better idea about the quota system in 15% AIQ.
And coming to your query, in AIQ with 414 in UR, its not possible to get a government MBBS college. The previous year cutoffs of the colleges are around 550 and above expect for the Govt.Medical College,Tirunelveli..whose cutoff was around 450.

*481 marks you got...so according to the previous year cutoffs you may have a chance in Govt.Medical College ,Tirunelaveli..only.
However every year the cutoffs trends change based on question difficulty, number of students appeared etc.
