The candidates who fall under the central list of OBC-NCL (Non-creamy layer) will be eligible for 27% quota. Although, this you need to fill if Andhra Pradesh participates in All India 15% Quota in 2018. As of now, there is no official information so the candidates who belong to Andhra Pradesh state will have to apply for categories that are there in the state.
