Since you mentioned that you belong to andhra pradesh and so you will have to apply for college in Karnataka via all India quota counselling. And as far I've looked upon all India cutoff trends you may not be able to secure a seat in Karnataka.
But I prefer if you apply under state quota counselling for government colleges in your state you may have a chance.
