If you belong to AP then you can apply in your state only for the Government seats but if you wish to take admission in Karnataka then you can apply only in the private colleges. It is tough to tell you the exact about the score in 2019 as the cutoff varies year to year but a score of more than 300 can fetch you a seat in Government colleges of AP.
