Hi Kripa,
National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced cutoff for NEET2019 for different categories.
The cutoff for sc/st/obc is 40th percentile i. e., 133-107.
For your rank and category yes you may get a seat under state quota but the course may not be of your choice. The merit for NEET2019 has gone higher compared to the previous year and thus no surity for a seat in particular branch can be given.
Register for counselling whenever the portal opens and see what best happens.
