    No, for BCECE only students who gave their 12th from Bihar are eligible. Since BCECE is a state level exam, state students are only privileged for taking the exam according to criterias mentioned on official website. Check in the state you gave 12th boards if they have their own exam.

    It's compulsory to pass 12 from bihar as I have residential and Caste certificate of bihar 2019 then will I am eligible?
