I am from Bihar, Right Now living in Delhi I have ST Certificate Of Bihar I am a NEET 2020 Aspirant I am confused whether I come in ST in central or not What should I fill in caste category in NEET 2020 Form I have also given Improvement exam in 12th from Delhi so am I Eligible? Please Help.

I understand that you are a resident of weird and currently residing in New Delhi and I've also appeared for the examination from New Delhi and wish to appear for neet 2020 examination and therefore you are having a confusion as you have your scheduled tribe certificate issued to you you from the state of Bihar and you are not certain about its validity outside the state of Bihar and so to answer your question you need to first verify your certificate as to what authority it has been issued from that is whether it has been issued from state government or Central government and if it has written government of India on the seashore on the top of the certificate then you cast certificate is valid for producing throughout the country and you can claim your reservation on that basis anywhere throughout the country and even if you do not have the central criteria mentioned in your caste certificate you can easily get yourself why should a central schedule tribe certificate to you by a competent authority in Delhi provided you you show your caste certificate that has been issued to you from Bihar to that competent authority.
