I complete our study from delhi and have obc caste certificate from bihar so in neet counsling they accept this certificate or not

Hi, The OBC certificate has to be centrally valid.
OBC (as per a central act, seats are reserved for OBC candidates in Central institutions)

I seen a case on internet in which a boy qualify jee exam and he had caste certificate from m.p and during councling it doesn't accept it

Absolutely. That is the reason its good to have a centrally valid certificate.'
How i sur my caste certificate is centrly valid and if it is not valis then where i apply to new caste certificate
You can approach to the SDM of your area or you can also approach the concerned O/o the Deputy Commissioner during 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on any working day.
