If you are from delhi and want to take admission in Delhi University medical college you just have to register at MCC.nic.in and upload all the documents there , follow the counseling procedure as presented there.

You will have to opt for colleges in DU 85% state quota category as well .

And if you want to take admission in Ip University medical college then you will have to register at Ip registration form and then after NEET results they release merit list according to the rankings of student based on that candidate are called for admission in various colleges of IPU.
