It is not possible to get government or governtment aided colleges by outer state students .15% seat in private proffesional unaided institution is reserved for All india quota. In addition ,Institute of chemical technology,Mumbai offers 30% of it's seat for All india quota. But you should keep in mind that Jee marks are given more importance than MHCET score. After taking in Jee students if seats are left empty than CET candidates are taken into consideration.
