i am from general catagory with 337 marks any private collage for mbbs i get ?

According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category are required to score 550+ in NEET for a government seat in MBBS. Each private college has different cut off every year so it is really difficult to predict cut off for a particular college. With the score you have mentioned above it is really difficult to get admission in private colleges through government quota. You can try to get admission in private colleges through management quota. You can try in colleges of Karnataka since they have low cut off, you may get admission in private colleges through management quota in Karnataka.
