I am from Karnataka my neet UG score is in between 300-350 can I get any govt medical college under state quota for general category?

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get any govt medical College seat as the qualifying marks for general category is 50 %which is around 360 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges.

Sorry it is not 50% for your knowledge it is 50th percentile and their is a lot if difference between them

But for your kind information qualifying neet is not enough to secure a seat so it is better to score 50% marks in neet so that you will be able to get any private college.
And for your kind information you have mentioned it as qualifing marks which is 119 this year. You have mentioned their as qualifying marks for government seat which is not fixed for any state
