I am from Kerala ..Am i eligible to appear for mhcet.Or is it so that only Maharashtra students can write ?

If you are from Kerala, then you are not eligible for admission to governmnet institutes in the state of Maharashtra through MHT CET. 100% seats in governmnet institutes in the state of Maharashtra are reserved for domicile candidates/or candidates belonging to the state of Maharashtra only. However, if you have taken JEE Main, then you are eligible for 15% All India Quota seats in private unaided colleges/institutions of Maharashtra state irrespective of the state you may belong to.

MAH CET exam is not restricted to Maharashtra students. You can certainly appear for MAH CET test. The application process of MAH CET 2018 would commence tentatively from the third week of January 2018. Following are the eligibility criteria of MAH CET:-

• You are required to be a graduate or have acquired an equivalent degree from a recognised university.

• If you belong to general category, you must obtain 50 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA and if reserved category, then 45 percent of your graduation score will be accepted.

• If you are in your final year of graduation, can apply for the examination as well. However, you need to produce the graduation certificate at the time of counselling.
