i am from Maharashtra and made my SC caste certificate in 2016. do i need to renew it for jee mains and advanced 2022 for taking admission? plzzz answer

As you have mentioned that you have made you SC caste certificate in 2016, so i guess that you not need to do any kind of renewal because the certificates of caste are made once and it shows that it belongs to that particular category hence, you can use that particular document for uploading in JEE portal and you will become eligible for that particular category.
