Raj, if you belong to MP and want to study in Maharashtra, you need to apply through All India Quota. Now,  you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2019 under All India Quota, the cut offs for BDS College, Mumbai for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 522

SC: 413

ST: 393

Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you belong to General Category, your target should be 550-575 and for Reserved Categories, it should be atleast 475-525.
