i am from punjab but want admission in mbbs in himachal pradeah or kolkata . my score is 414 and category is obc . can i get seat in 2020???

As of now its tough to say which college you can get into because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and few seats have increased.but with previous year analysis and your rank we can find you possibilities into colleges.we dont know for what reason you are willing to join in himahcal pradesh or kolkata,but you can apply through AIQ,and for AIQ you need better score than your current score.the cutoff for sc cat is 500+ for AIQ,so its tough for you to fetch a seat through AIQ in h.p or kolkata.you have no chances to fetch seat in punjab for governt mbbs and bds.but you have few or low chances into private bds or through management that too through state quota in punjab only.nevertheless give a try.this year the cutoff rose by atleast 30-40 marks causing a diference by thousands of ranks.so you need to score min of 550-600+ to fetch a seat.for more info about cutoffs check: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-punjab
