But the cut off for All India Quota the cut off usually is very high so at 141 marks in Neet sorry there is no chance to get admission in government Medical College.

But you can go for admission in private Medical Colleges using Management quota.

Dear student, if you seek admission in Kerala or Rajasthan, you can only get management quota seats in private colleges. That too is possible if those colleges accept you with these marks. You will be asked to pay a heavy amount as donation and then charged more fees for management quota seats.
