I am from Punjab I want to know W lwhat is procedure for counseling in Jammu and Kashmir ?

Dear Komal, Jammu and Kashmir doesnt participate in All India Counselling. All its seats are filled in by the Candidates of Jammu and Kashmir who enjoy the State Domicile. So unfortunately if you belong to Punjab but want to study in Jammu and Kashmir, it cannot happen because all 100% Medical/Dental Seats are filled through State Counselling.
