I am from RAJASTHAN state and scored 560 marks in neet 2018 in general category. Can I get a good govt medical college in rajasthan?

Is this score valid for the year 2019? Please answer. I belong from rajasthan as well can i get admission in any govt medical college in rajasthan with 560 marks in neet 2019
