As per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for a BC category candidate in Madras Medical college was 214. Now, going by your state rank, your rank doesn't fit this cutoff. However, don't lose hope as cutoffs change every year and maybe you might stand a chance as your rank and the cutoff rank are really close.
