I am from Telangana if I register in AP shall I get seat in category A my score 329 category SC And how much fee,same as Telangana

If we consider the previous year cutoff then you will not be able to take admission in any government college for both MBBS and BDS. Last year through All India Quota the cutoff for SC category for MBBS was 421 that is the last college was alloted with this score and for BDS it was 401. Considering this you don't have chance. But you can try in private colleges. You may get a seat. But the disadvantage will be the fee structure. It is much high with respect to government college. So you can try accordingly.
