hi talib,
first of all what do you mean by iims?
being a up domicile you can apply to the government colleges of maharashtra only through all india state quota. you can't avail the 85 % state quota seats. and if you are a general candidate student then sorry you can't get a gov college in maharashtra with that marks.
i need to know your category.
