You can apply for colleges of Punjab under the 15% All India Quota. Since, you do not belong to Punjab, you are not eligible for the 85 percent state quota of Punjab. If you have completed your class 12 from a school in Delhi, then you are eligible for the 85 percent state quota of Delhi.
Please specify the course you want to take admission into so that we can provide you with more information ( medical, dental or AYUSH ).
