Hello dear
I am sorry to tell you but score of 390 will just help you in clearing neet exam ,
but if you want a seat in Government Medical College then dear its surely not going to help, 340 marks is quite low for getting a seat in Government Medical College.
You are from general category,
so you need to score atleast 550 + marks in neet to even think of getting a seat in Government Medical Colleges.
