I am getting 220 marks in neet 2019 and belongs to UR category, can I admission in BMCH chitradurga, what is the expected donation and fees

Yes, you can if qualifying marks would lie above 200. Last time, qualifying marks were 226 I guess. This time as the exam was little easier and expected cut-off and qualifying marks are gonna take a hike as well. And for donation you need to give at least 50-60 lacs.
