i am getting 280marks in NEET2019 & I belongs to OBC category, can i get seat in karnatka

With 430 marks can we get a medical seat in Karnataka I belong to obc and not a Karnataka member

Below is list of colleges in karnatka with marks required in neet for obc category under state quota :-
Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore:- 407
Mysore Medical College, Mysore":- 378
Mandya Institute of Medical :- 394
Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan:- 378
So unluckily dear , you cannot get a seat with just 280 marks in neet .
