I am getting 30 marks in ECE , general category, can i get any state government college in Delhi on this ?

It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as Number of the candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam etc. However you can check the previous year cutoff of DTU & NSIT to take an Idea about the admission possibilities.
