i am getting 30 marks in instrumentation. Is there a chance to get admission in nit?

Chances are average for top NITs but you can try for lower NITs with this score. And to check where all you can apply below Gate/PSU college predictor will be good -

As paper was very tough, you managed to score 30 marks that's appreciable.
You can even try for leading PSU as this year cut off will be very low.
