Considering the previous year cut marks , it seems that you have very few chances of getting seat in Maharashtra medical colleges,
You can refer the link below to know the Cutoff marks of some college's:-

For ST category students the expected Cutoff is between 400 to 450 marks,
Eventhough don't loose hope and remember that Cutoff marks have variations every year ,
