Your marks 366/720 in NEET 2019 and being in the OBC category will fetch you a rank in the range of 1,04,000-1,07,000.
Looking at last year's cut-offs for OBC Category under 85% State Quota in Karnataka, the closing rank was 338 for Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur at the rank of 134520 which means that you have a chance of getting a government MBBS seat in your state with your merit. But then do not depend on it too much as it is a thin line.
