I am getting 496 marks with 51551 rank in NEET 2019. Can i get Rural medical college Loni either in 1st or 2nd round counseling this year ?

Dear Aaditya, you havent mentioned your Category. If you are talking about UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences, the cut offs and ranks that got a seat in this college for various Categories are as follows:
General Category: 492 marks with AIR of 24680
OBC: 539 marks with AIR of 9811
SC: 402 with AIR of 75601
ST: 277 marks AIR of 331170
With a rank of 51551, you have a chance only if you belong to SC/ST Categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. As you've not mentioned you're category, I would be giving you the estimation for unreserved or general category. The recent cut off released ranges the Marks from 701 to 134 for the general category.  Thus, you have a safe score and a good chance of getting in. Good luck.
