The last year's cut off for Raichur institute of medical sciences for state quota seats under UR category was 380 marks and for OBC was 338 marks. So, there is a good chance that with your score, you will be able to get admissions in the institute for MBBS.

But according to previous year cutoffs of Raichur Medical college, Raichur the last cutoff rank for general category candidate was 8749 who had scored a mark of 544. so you have no probability of getting MBBS admission into Raichur medical college Raichur.
