I AM GETTING 500 IN NEET 2019 FROM UP MUSLIM CANDIDATE CAN I GET GOVT. COLLEGE???

500 is good score but it may fall less for a govt college especially this year when we are expecting a rise cut off. So eventually the cut off for government college will also rise. But still don't lose heart. Wait till the last round of counseling. But I will still suggest you to continue your studies. Your marks are really good.  You may cross 600 next time. Keep calm.

See ur marks will be worthy only if u are applying through the state quota and using ur reservation category to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. I m providing u a link for ur help.
