I am getting 500 marks from general category (SEBC) in NEET UG 2020 can I get any medical college in maharashtra for MBBS?

The cutoff marks change every year. It may go high (like last year) or decrease depending on tje situation. However as per the general trend yes you can get a seat with these marks in colleges like GMC Akola but not through All India Counselling. You can sit for the Home state Counselling for which you will need a domicile certificate. You can get a seat via State counselling.
