I am getting 515 no and I belongs to st category and i am from bihar! Can I get medical college in kolkata in all india counselling

Yes , you can easily get a seat in Kolkata through all india quota because the highest cutoff was 470 for Govt. Medical College , Kolkata for the ST category. Your home state is not an issue because you have to apply through ALL INDIA QUOTA and not state quota. It has 15% reservation in all the medical colleges across the country.
